At Brightmark, nurturing growth is a priority. Achieving success involves a delicate balance between accountability and support for each team. To achieve this, we conduct weekly check-ins with the entire team and touch base individually with team members. At the start of each year, both individuals and teams set goals for what they would like to accomplish, ensuring accountability and paving the way for success. Throughout the year, we schedule regular quarterly meetings to track our progress toward these goals, ensuring we stay on course.
Brightmark also conducts monthly and quarterly company-wide meetings to provide a high-level overview of the current status of the business. This includes but is not limited to company milestones achieved, progress reports tracked against company goals, introductions of new hires, and improvements made within each department of the business.
