DURING THIS WEEK

Use the resources and artifacts provided to build a deeper understanding of the challenge (problem) and develop need-to-knows.

When we are presented with a challenge or problem, It is often our first instinct to jump to solutions—resist this urge. Instead, stay curious and figure out what you already know about the topic and what questions you still have. To answer the question, “How can we make unbiased information and education about advanced recycling more accessible to all communities?”, start by asking yourself “what do I need to know to answer this question?”

Getting Started!

Interested in an Empathy Interview with someone from Brightmark?

  • Who doesn’t currently have access to information/education?

Look at it from the other side, who has the MOST access, and who is recycling the most?

Why don’t they have access? What need is not being fulfilled?

What is the difference between the two types of users, those who have the least and the most access to education/resources?
